ABHH's Equity Program was born to awaken, strengthen and develop actions that include respect for the needs, diversities and specificities of each citizen or social group, enabling the search for appropriate intervention strategies within the scope of ABHH's area of activity.
Propagate that public health policies are developed taking into account the social determinants of health
Propagate the guarantee of accurate and specific diagnoses
Disseminate equal access to essential medicines and new technologies between the SUS and supplementary health
Motivate the maintenance of current programs and encourage the implementation of new specific programs for patients with hematological diseases
Disseminate transfusion safety, regardless of the health system in which it operates
Propagate the practice of strategies to create diversity, equity, inclusion, and access in clinical studies
Encourage partnerships with entities, guide and make patients aware of their illnesses, their rights, their care, and access to treatments at their place of residence.
